How do you get to a place of ADHD aliveness?

Updated: Jul 14, 2023

I named this space “ADHD Alive” because it was the best description I could think of to succinctly state the mission of the work we do together: mastering your experience of ADHD can make you feel alive in a way others will never experience, AND you can achieve great levels of aliveness you didn’t realize were there for you.

The foundation of this work is three-fold:

1/ identifying your ADHD uniqueness (blueprint) is the first part of this. What stage of life are you in? What do you do every day where ADHD currently gets in the way? How does it show up for you, how do you manage it, or not manage it? What are your goals for managing it – and what outcomes are you hoping for?

2/learning to love yourself and your special brand of ADHD is the second part of this. You, my dear, are here on this planet for a reason. You have an immense amount of impact to have on those around you. You are making history every day. This stage of the journey is about self love, acceptance, and standing in the unique authority you have as someone with this great gift.

3/ utilizing tools, processes and practices to help yourself thrive puts the wrapper around all of it.

Depending on your blueprint, you will need different things. ADHD is just as unique as we are. In some people, it started as a survival skill from your nervous system because you had a traumatic experience at birth or an emotionally unsafe household as a child. For others, you might have a genetic predisposition to deficiency in dopamine transport or serotonin. All of these things result in different outcomes, but the one thing in common is that there is a path to aliveness through all of it.

This is an evolving practice – I continue to learn more and more every day from all of you, from mentors, coaches, classes, books, trees, creatures, music and my magical Octopus mind.

I can’t wait to hear what you have to say.

I hope you find your space to be alive today.
